As our Community Marketing Street Team Educator, you'll support our Community Marketing Manager in building and executing regional community strategies that align with LSKD’s brand initiatives and values. This role plays a hands-on part in bringing those strategies to life through local activations, community events (major and grass roots), and brand moments across your region along with supporting our community athletes in exploring their full potential. This role supports the Community Marketing team's broader mission to elevate LSKD’s presence, foster strong local relationships, and create inclusive, value-driven spaces where both community and team members thrive.
This is a casual role, requiring weekend, early morning and evening availability.
Description:
How you'll make an impact...
Community Activation
- Drive and deliver the region’s pop up strategy.
- Assist the Community Marketing Manager in delivering quarterly activation plans and strategies aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
- Support local stores, gyms, and community athlete partnerships with events, runs, and activations that build authentic community engagement.
- Represent LSKD at community touchpoints, fostering relationships with brand partners and athletes while living the “1% Better Every Day” mindset.
- Capture and submit quality content from events and activations for social use.
Events & Key Moments
- Host weekly pop-up’s with additional planning in conjunction with the Van Program.
- Assist in planning and executing monthly activations, including event logistics, scheduling, and invites.
- Support CMM with regional events, the Van Program, and new store openings with on-the-ground community engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Submit monthly recaps covering van pop ups to the CMM and provide insights.
- Track van pop up performance, athlete engagement, and budget KPIs to inform strategy.
What you'll bring to the role...
- Experience in a customer facing environment, events or partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with gyms, fitness partners, athletes and local communities.
- Strong organisational skills to manage event logistics, schedules, budgets and performance tracking across a region.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously, adapt on the fly and bring plenty of energy to every activation.
- Current, valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel throughout the region to deliver pop-ups, events and store activations.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
