Opportunity Overview
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Automation Testers to join our growing QA team. This opportunity is specially designed for women professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to re-enter the workforce.
This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge analytics and business intelligence products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and prepare comprehensive automation test plans and test cases
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing using automation frameworks
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects
- Develop and maintain automation test frameworks and reusable automation components
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions
- Analyze automation test results and troubleshoot test failures
- Ensure product quality, usability, and performance standards are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering degree (BE/BTech or equivalent)
- Prior experience in Automation Testing
- Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
- Experience with test case creation, bug tracking, and QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies
- Good understanding of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel is highly desirable
- Experience in data validation and analytics testing is a plus
- Exposure to Agile methodologies will be beneficial
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git will be an added advantage
