Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Analysis to support the implementation and delivery of enterprise and Government IT projects. The candidate will be responsible for cloud infrastructure planning, application implementation, business requirement analysis, UAT coordination, and ensuring that IT solutions meet business objectives, technical specifications, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Computing & Infrastructure Management
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage cloud environments, servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and operating systems.
- Support cloud migration, application deployment, infrastructure modernization, and system integration.
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Implement cloud security, access controls, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate with technical teams and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security standards, government IT policies, and service-level agreements.
2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage UAT activities for software applications and IT implementation projects.
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with business users, government stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers during UAT.
- Validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, reports, and business processes against approved requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and facilitate resolution of defects and functional issues.
- Conduct UAT review meetings, maintain test execution records, and prepare UAT status reports.
- Obtain stakeholder feedback and coordinate formal UAT sign-off before production deployment.
- Support regression testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation validation.
3. Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients, government departments, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and business process assessments.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and process flow diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable technology solutions to address business needs.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirement alignment.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the development, testing, and implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate client demonstrations, requirement validation, change management, and stakeholder approvals.
4. Project Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of cloud-based and on-premises IT solutions.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and implementation schedules.
- Liaise with clients, government departments, vendors, technical teams, and end users.
- Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation, meeting minutes, and implementation status updates.
- Support user training, operational handover, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in cloud computing, infrastructure management, UAT management, and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Practical knowledge of server administration, networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security.
- Experience in UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, acceptance validation, and sign-off management.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and preparation of BRD, FRS, and SRS documents.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project implementation processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, clients, and government stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, coordination, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Government IT, public sector projects, e-Governance, or enterprise application implementation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other requirement and defect management tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, API testing, application integration, and database validation.
- Exposure to cloud migration, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, IT governance, and compliance requirements.
- Relevant cloud certifications or business analysis and testing certifications will be an added advantage.
Qualification - BE, BTech, MCA, MTech.
