Luminova Global is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive brand growth and sales. You will plan and run our digital campaigns, manage our social media and live selling, and lead the marketing team. You will report directly to the CEO. This role suits an organized, results-driven leader who is creative and also comfortable with data.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run and optimise paid and organic ad campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and grow engagement and followers
- Plan content and manage the content calendar
- Oversee content creation (posts, videos, graphics and copywriting)
- Manage and coach live hosts for live selling sessions
- Track and analyse performance reports and platform algorithm trends, then adjust strategy
- Improve website UI/UX to support conversions
- Lead and supervise the marketing team
- Develop SOPs, job scopes (JD), KPIs and an organised reporting system
- Prepare marketing reports and present them to the CEO
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, preferably health products
- Hands-on experience in paid and organic advertising, social media management, content creation and content calendars
- Experience managing live hosts
- Able to read performance reports and understand platform algorithms
- Knowledge of web UI/UX
- Leadership experience managing a team
- Able to create SOPs, JDs, KPIs and structured reporting systems
- Able to present reports confidently to senior management
- Willing to work extra hours when needed
