What will you be doing?
As a Business Analyst at M Group, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver meaningful change across the business. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you’ll take the time to understand challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that support successful solutions.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate engaging workshops, and analyse processes, systems and data to help shape the best outcomes. From gathering and documenting requirements through to supporting testing and implementation, you’ll be involved throughout the entire change lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver real value for our colleagues and customers.
This is a collaborative role where you’ll work alongside Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to drive successful project and product outcomes. Using structured analysis and best-practice Business Analysis approaches, you’ll help inform decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to a consistent, effective way of delivering change across the organisation.
What you’ll bring
Essential
- Experience delivering Business Analysis activities across projects or programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of process mapping, data analysis and Business Analysis best practices.
- A proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development.
Desirable
- BCS Business Analysis qualification (or working towards one).
- Experience within infrastructure, utilities or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Lean or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
