Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate specializing in Marketing & Sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves coordinating customer meetings, conducting product demonstrations, visiting customer sites, and supporting project execution while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and project discussions.
- Visit customer sites to understand requirements and provide project support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, and related documentation.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
