**Position:** Operations Consultant **Department:** Business Consulting – Operations Excellence **Location:** Client Site (Full\-Time) **Reporting To:** Project Manager / Consulting Director
***Key Responsibilities:\-***
* Study and improve business processes. * Implement operational improvement initiatives. * Monitor daily operations and KPIs. * Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports. * Develop and implement SOPs. * Conduct process and compliance audits. * Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR, Finance, and Quality teams. * Drive ERP implementation and digital transformation projects. * Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions. * Lead daily review meetings and track action plans. * Train client employees on processes and systems. * Ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction. * Maintain project documentation and reports. * Represent Ranniti at the client site professionally.

* MBA (Operations) / B.E. / B.Tech / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * 2–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or business consulting. * Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, Power BI, and process improvement tools.
