About the Role
MADE EASY Group is looking for an experienced Generative AI Mentor to deliver and support our Live Generative AI Course.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI application development, along with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured and application-oriented manner.
This role requires someone who can conduct engaging live classes, demonstrate practical implementations, guide learners through projects and help them build industry-relevant Generative AI skills.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online classes for the Generative AI program

Teach Generative AI concepts from fundamentals to advanced applications

Conduct hands-on coding sessions and practical demonstrations
-
Explain complex AI concepts in a simple and structured manner
-
Guide learners through assignments, case studies, projects and capstone projects
-
Demonstrate real-world implementation of LLM-based applications
-
Resolve students' technical and conceptual doubts
-
Review projects, assignments and learner progress
-
Guide learners in building portfolio-ready Generative AI projects
-
Collaborate with academic and content teams to improve course curriculum and learning material

Keep the curriculum aligned with current Generative AI tools, frameworks and industry practices

Conduct revision sessions, doubt-clearing sessions and project reviews as required

Candidate Profile

3–5 years of professional experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Data Science or a closely related domain

Hands-on experience building Generative AI or LLM-based applications

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related field

Strong understanding of both Generative AI concepts and practical implementation

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to explain evolving AI concepts to learners from different technical backgrounds

Comfortable conducting live online classes and interactive coding sessions
-
Strong problem-solving and programming skills
-
Ability to mentor learners through real-world AI projects
Preferred Experience
-
Previous experience as a Generative AI Trainer, AI Mentor, Instructor or Corporate Trainer

Experience delivering online or classroom-based technical training
-
Experience building production or prototype-level LLM applications

Experience designing assignments, assessments and hands-on AI projects

Familiarity with current developments in the Generative AI and LLM ecosystem

Experience mentoring beginners as well as working professionals
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
