**Job Title \- Technical Sales \& Marketing Engineer**
**Roles \& Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business in **Industrial Automation** (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Robotics, Panel Building, Turnkey Projects). * Generate leads through **field visits, references, cold calls, exhibitions, and digital platforms**. * Negotiate pricing and payment terms; **close orders and achieve sales targets**. * Coordinate with **engineering and project teams** for smooth execution. * Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales solutions. * Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations. * Execute marketing activities including **presentations, demos, exhibitions, and campaigns**. * Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
**Preferred candidate profile**
* Experience in **Automation System Integrator / Manufacturing Industry**. * Existing customer network in manufacturing sectors like **Automobile, Automation** * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and customer\-focused.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
* BE / BTech in **Mechanical,Mechatronics, or Automation \&** MBA in **Marketing** * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
