Gesamtverantwortung für das Personalwesen an zwei Standorten (NRW und Bayern) sowie eine Schlüsselrolle in der erfolgreichen Unternehmensentwicklung.
Beratung und Unterstützung von Senior Management, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Themen sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung effizienter Prozesse und einer wertschätzenden Unternehmenskultur. Besondere Schwerpunkte liegen in der standortübergreifenden Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, dem Aufbau eines leistungsfähigen HR-Teams, der Positionierung als strategischer HR-Partner sowie der gezielten Nutzung von Synergien zwischen den Standorten.

Verantwortlichkeiten Verantwortung für alle operativen und strategischen HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen, einschließlich Restrukturierungen und arbeitsrechtlicher Themen
- Steuerung der Personalplanung auf Basis der Unternehmensstrategie und des Business Plans
- Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-, Employer Branding- und Onboarding-Prozessen
- Analyse von Qualifizierungsbedarfen sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung für Compensation & Benefits sowie Mitwirkung an entsprechenden Projekten
- Analyse relevanter HR-Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des HR-Teams
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsrat, Gewerkschaften und externen Institutionen
- Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen und anderen arbeitsrechtlichen Regelungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher, tariflicher und interner Vorgaben
- Leitung und Mitwirkung in lokalen und internationalen HR-Projekten
- Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
Anforderungsprofil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Personalwesen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung oder einer klar erkennbaren fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen (z. B. Betriebsrat)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Begleitung und Umsetzung von Transformationsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, fundierte Entscheidungen zeitnah und selbstständig zu treffen
- Positive, lösungsorientierte Grundeinstellung („Can-do-Attitude“)
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 25 %)
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
