Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects, including load assessment and feasibility analysis
- Execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of: ➢ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ➢ Inverters, PCS, and related systems ➢ Telecom power backup solutions
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues
- Ensure proper documentation, including: ➢ Site survey reports ➢ Commissioning reports ➢ Service reports and warranty claim details
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and service) for smooth project execution
- Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after-sales service activities
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures
- Travel to project sites as per business requirementsExperience
3 to 6 YearsIndustry Preferred
Experience in ESS/BESS projects, telecom infrastructure, or solar installations
Exposure to field service operations and warranty handlingQualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringGeneral Requirements
- Strong knowledge of:
➢ ESS/BESS systems
➢ Solar power systems
➢ Telecom power systems (DG, battery backup, rectifiers)

- Familiarity with battery technologies (Li-ion) and inverter systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
