**Responsibilities \& Key Deliverables**
• Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects, including load assessment and feasibility analysis • Execute Installation \& Commissioning (I\&C) of: ➢ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ➢ Inverters, PCS, and related systems ➢ Telecom power backup solutions • Provide on\-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues • Ensure proper documentation, including: ➢ Site survey reports ➢ Commissioning reports ➢ Service reports and warranty claim details • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and service) for smooth project execution • Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after\-sales service activities • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures • Travel to project sites as per business requirements**Experience**
3 to 6 Years**Industry Preferred**
Experience in ESS/BESS projects, telecom infrastructure, or solar installations
Exposure to field service operations and warranty handling**Qualifications**
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering**General Requirements** * Strong knowledge of:
➢ ESS/BESS systems
➢ Solar power systems
➢ Telecom power systems (DG, battery backup, rectifiers) * Hands\-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
* Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts
