We’re hiring a full\-time Shopify Conversion Optimiser at MailBakes.
Your job is simple: improve our Shopify website and help more visitors become customers.
You’ll own the website day to day, including landing pages, product pages, mobile experience, navigation, conversion rate and AOV.
We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with the details, understands ecommerce and has worked with **GemPages**before.
You’ll work directly with both founders.
What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
* Update and improve our Shopify website * Build and edit pages in GemPages * Improve the homepage, product pages, collection pages and landing pages * Improve the mobile customer journey * Build pages around different customer types and ad angles * Improve navigation, calls to action, trust, product clarity and page structure * Find where customers are dropping off * Improve AOV through bundles, upsells and merchandising * Review analytics and customer behaviour * Test ideas and document the learnings * Quality\-check every page before it goes live * Use AI to research, analyse and move faster
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Shopify experience * Experience using GemPages * A good understanding of conversion rate optimisation * Extremely detail\-oriented * Able to make changes quickly * Able to explain why each change should improve performance * Strong mobile\-first thinking * Clear daily communication * Comfortable with direct feedback * Able to work without constant hand\-holding * Hungry to become genuinely great at ecommerce
Basic HTML, CSS or Liquid knowledge is a bonus.
