Work with Finance to support project invoicing and other project-accounting processes. Governance & Risk Management Escalate value leakage, scope creep, or margin erosion risk promptly with corrective-action recommendations.
Maintain project documentation to a standard suitable for internal audit and client governance review.
Apply consistent risk-management practice: identification, qualification, mitigation planning, and tracking through closure. Team Leadership & Delivery Enablement Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance input for assigned Project Coordinators / Associate PMs.
