Job Description
- Monitor and update of product specification
- To train the QC inspectors and operators on product quality and specification
- Audits for product - UN/SIRIM
- To update new product testing/mould testing
- Responsible incoming/outgoing inspection and monitoring
- Preparation of reports - rejection and monthly reports
- Quality of products and specification
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Quality related industry.
- Experience in ISO 9001 certified manufacturing environments is preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with quality management systems and audit requirements.
- Understanding of measurement systems, calibration, and inspection equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools.
