What We’re Looking For Core Skills
: 8+ years of QA experience with proven QA leadership and account/team ownership. Track record of owning QA strategy across projects, not just executing tests across multiple projects, not just executing tests.
Advanced proficiency in Playwright (web) and Appium + WebdriverIO (mobile) with JavaScript/Node.js and BDD Hands-on non-functional testing experience — load, performance, and security
Strong CI/CD integration experience and ability to set technical direction Strong stakeholder communication — comfortable engaging engineering leads, PMs, and clients and able to tailor communication to different audiences to drive the desired outcome.
Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile delivery Proven experience mentoring and growing QA Engineers, including structured feedback and career development.
Experience owning or defining QA processes at an organizational or account level.
Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
