Marketech Digital is an email marketing agency for high\-growth ecommerce brands. We run the full email and SMS program end to end for our clients: strategy, copy, design, staging, and reporting. We use Klaviyo, Monday, Figma, Slack, Fathom, and a stack of internal tools built to keep quality high at volume.

**The Role**

You will be the execution engine behind a portfolio of ecommerce email programs. You will work closely with a senior lead who sets client strategy, and you will be the person who makes sure that strategy actually ships: the content calendar is built, the copy is written, the designs are reviewed, the client is answered, and nothing slips.

This is a growth role. You are not expected to run strategy from day one, you are expected to have good instincts, learn fast, and take more ownership every month.

**What you will do**

Keep the blast work stream moving

* Build out the monthly content calendar in each client's format, using the direction the lead has set * Draft copy for blast emails and SMS, then refine against the lead's feedback * Review revised designs before they go to the client, flagging anything that misses the brief, the brand, or the offer * Finalize subject lines and preview text against the client's tone guide

Support client relationships

* Join weekly client calls, take clear notes, own the follow\-ups * Respond to client questions in Slack and email within SLA, loop in the lead on anything strategic * Keep the client's Monday board honest: ticket status, due dates, blockers

Dig into the data

* Pull performance data across your accounts every week: revenue, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, top and bottom performers * Find patterns: which content pillars, marketing angles, and send times drive performance, and which do not * Run tests: develop hypotheses and tests to validate or invalidate them * Turn what you see in the numbers into concrete calendar and copy decisions for the next month

Hold the day\-to\-day quality bar

* Catch tone, brand, offer, and copy issues before designs leave the account * Push back on the design team when something misses the brief, or on the lead when a brief is thin * Learn each client's voice deeply enough to spot when copy sounds off

Learn and grow

* Start forming your own point of view on what is working across accounts and bring it into strategy conversations * Sit in on strategy conversations and start proposing calendar ideas of your own * Build toward owning your own portfolio of accounts over time

**What you need**

* 1 to 3 years in email marketing, copywriting, or account management, ideally agency side or in\-house DTC * Comfortable inside Klaviyo: navigating campaigns, flows, segments, and reporting * Strong AI operator: you use tools like Claude and ChatGPT daily to draft copy, brief designers, summarize calls, and pull insights, and you know when the model's output is off and needs a human hand * Process builder with AI: you have taken a repetitive part of your job and turned it into a prompt, template, or workflow that made you faster the next week * Systems thinker: you naturally look for the underlying structure of a workflow, an account, or a client's program, and you see how the parts connect and where the leverage is * Deeply comfortable with data: you dive into numbers to understand what is actually happening in an account, use the data to build a mental model of the system, and let what you find shape your next move * Sharp editor: you can look at AI\-drafted or human\-drafted copy and tighten it into something that sounds like the client, not like a bot * Sharp eye for detail: typos, off\-brand phrases, and wrong links do not get past you * Extremely organized: you own multiple accounts without dropping tickets, deadlines, or client asks * Client\-comfortable: you can hold your own on a call, take notes that matter, and follow up on time

**Bonus points**

* Experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform * Comfort with Monday.com, Figma, and Google Workspace * Exposure to SMS marketing

**Logistics**

* Full\-time or contract, your preference * Remote, hiring globally * US working hours required. Your choice of Eastern, Central, or Pacific. Wherever you live, you keep US hours.

Benefits:

* Flexible schedule * Work from home

Application Question(s):

* What is your experience working in a marketing agency or similar client\-services environment? How many accounts did you carry, what verticals, and what was your day\-to\-day scope? * What is your experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools in your day\-to\-day work? Which tools do you use, what do you use them for, and how has your workflow changed in the last year because of them? * What is your experience reading email performance data? Which numbers do you look at first, and tell us about a time performance data changed what you did next. * What is your experience with Klaviyo? Walk us through what you have built or managed in it: campaigns, flows, segments, templates, reporting. If you have not used Klaviyo, tell us about the closest platform you have used.
