We’re looking for a great marketer… lol, isn’t everyone?
More specifically, we’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, build something and grow alongside us.
Pooki Presses is entering its next phase of growth. We make British-made printmaking presses, support a wonderful creative community and have ambitions to grow from a six-figure to a seven-figure business.
I’m looking for someone with a passion for ecommerce and digital marketing who can work closely with me to build the marketing, sales and growth engine behind that ambition.
Someone who understands how content, email, Shopify, paid advertising, organic social and partnerships work together and enjoys turning that understanding into a plan and getting it delivered.
You’ll be hands-on, comfortable creating content and experienced in briefing, coordinating and managing freelancers. You’ll know how to follow a plan, improve it through results and keep people moving towards a shared objective.
Together, we’ll work on:
- Building and delivering our Seasonal and Evergreen campaigns. Developing ambassador, artist and print partner relationships. Improving our Shopify store and customer journey. Strengthening email, paid channels and organic social. Making more of our existing content, accounts and community. Building the systems, reporting and workflows that make marketing consistent and commercially effective.
There’s a wider opportunity here too.
Alongside growing Pooki, my intention is to build an agency offering that helps other businesses put these systems into practice. We already have our first client project lined up. As that develops, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the delivery, processes and future team.
If you’ve ever wanted to help build an agency, lead a marketing function or bring your entrepreneurial ideas into a growing business, this could be an exciting next step.
You may have worked in an agency, managed freelancers, been self-employed or helped grow an ecommerce brand. What matters is that you understand the work, take responsibility and can show us what you’ve delivered.
Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of printmaking and a love of creativity.
Above all, we want someone kind, considerate, curious and a joy to work with. Someone who cares about customers, understands the commercial realities and wants to keep learning.

Interested? Message me with a little about yourself, examples of your work and what you’d love to help build.
