Job Summary
Lead integrated marketing that builds awareness, generates demand, and supports business growth. You’ll shape campaign strategy, guide execution across digital and traditional channels, and use performance insights to improve results. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can connect creative work with measurable business priorities.
Duties
- Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns, including content, email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid social, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising.
- Lead content marketing and content writing; oversee graphic design and creative production using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, campaign workflows, and marketing project budgets.
- Track web analytics and campaign performance; conduct research and apply data-driven decision making to refine strategy.
- Lead marketing, advertising, or public relations teams and collaborate across functions, including product management. Your impact: Connect relevant campaigns to customer needs so sales teams can engage stronger prospects and customers can find useful information.
Experience
- Experience in marketing management, team leadership, marketing campaign and project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, digital and performance marketing, demand generation, social media marketing and advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation implementation.
- Familiarity with advertising sales, analytics, web analytics reporting, budgeting, SEO, CRM systems, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong content writing, research, and graphic design skills; able to turn performance insights into clear next steps.
- Experience managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams is valuable.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
