WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING MANAGER/HEAD
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Head/Manager who can take our brand and marketing efforts to the next level.
We’re looking for someone who understands branding, social media, graphic design, multimedia, video editing, and digital marketing—and knows how to turn creative ideas into campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
*Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, creative, or related roles
*Strong background in graphic design and multimedia content creation
*Strong video editing skills
*Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
*Knowledge of current social media and digital marketing trends
*Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
*Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
*Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, promotional graphics, and digital advertisements
*Strong creative eye and visual storytelling skills
*Excellent communication and project-management skills
*Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*Portfolio is required
*Experience in fashion, retail, luxury, lifestyle, or e-commerce is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute marketing strategies
*Plan monthly campaigns and content calendars
*Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives
*Create and/or oversee graphics, videos, Reels, advertisements, and promotional materials
*Maintain the brand’s visual identity and consistency
*Develop campaigns for promotions, events, launches, and special projects
*Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing events
*Monitor social media and campaign performance
*Analyze results and recommend improvements
*Stay updated with trends in fashion, retail, social media, and digital marketing
*Work closely with management to develop creative strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales
