Job Description
The K Factor Productions – Team Kuldeep Singhania is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive with a background in the Media & Entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business development, brand partnerships, media sales and client acquisition.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, pitching collaboration opportunities and generating revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach brands for paid collaborations, sponsorships and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Generate business leads and develop partnerships with brands, advertising agencies, PR agencies and media companies.
- Pitch Kuldeep Singhania's digital presence, audience reach and content portfolio to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand managers, marketing heads and decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, budgets and collaboration agreements with clients.
- Explore opportunities for celebrity appearances, event partnerships and promotional campaigns.
- Convert prospective leads into successful business deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is mandatory.
- Prior experience in media sales, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, advertising or business development is essential.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to pitch ideas and close commercial deals independently.
- Good understanding of the digital media, influencer marketing and brand collaboration ecosystem.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to generate and convert leads.
