About the Project
We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality of a product for a global company in the MLM industry. This global web application supports Account Managers across multiple markets and is designed to enhance their experience and reduce the time needed to access data.

You’ll join an experienced, international team focused on delivering scalable, data-driven, and user-friendly applications used across the world. Your role will combine requirements analysis, functional testing, data validation, and test automation.
Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate business logic before implementation begins.

Translate business processes and domain rules into test scenarios and test cases, including edge cases, using a BDD approach.

Perform functional, exploratory, integration, and regression testing.

Verify data flows and consistency across systems, and validate data accuracy in relational databases.

Create and maintain automated UI and API tests, and contribute to the development of the test automation framework.

Automate key regression scenarios and analyse test results.

Report defects with clear reproduction steps and explain their impact on users and business processes.

Communicate quality risks, test results, and defect status to technical teams and business stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
Requirements

Hands-on experience in functional, exploratory, and integration testing.

Experience creating and maintaining automated tests and developing test automation frameworks.

Understanding of test architecture and design patterns such as the Page Object Model.

Experience testing REST APIs, including response validation, error handling, and data accuracy.

SQL skills sufficient to validate and prepare test data, including queries using JOINs.

Working knowledge of Git.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex business processes and identify ambiguity in requirements.

A proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and ownership of quality throughout delivery.

Good communication skills and proficiency in English, with the ability to ask relevant questions and explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We prefer experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver, but we also welcome candidates who use other technologies, such as Python or Playwright. What matters is your ability to design readable, reliable, and maintainable tests, along with a willingness to work with the project’s tools.
Nice to Have

Practical experience with Cucumber and scenarios written in Gherkin.

Familiarity with Maven and JUnit or TestNG.

Experience with test reporting tools such as Allure or Extent Reports.

Familiarity with Jira, Xray or Zephyr, and Confluence.
