Role Objective
Lead end to end delivery of complex technology initiatives across application development , cloud, AI, APIs , platform modernization, digital transformation, AI, cloud, enterprise application delivery.
Drive effective planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Project Planning \& Governance Define scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
Establish governance, reporting cadence and documentation standards.
Project Execution \& Delivery Lead end\-to\-end project execution.
Monitor progress, dependencies and deliverables.
Ensure quality, timeline and budget adherence.
Stakeholder Management Engage business, technical teams, vendors and leadership.
Conduct governance meetings and status reporting.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Risk \& Issue Management Identify and mitigate risks.
Drive issue resolution and maintain RAID log.
Resource \& Team Management Coordinate cross\-functional teams.
Assign responsibilities and foster collaboration.
Agile \& Delivery Excellence Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Track delivery metrics.
Drive continuous improvement.
Financial \& Vendor Management Monitor budgets and forecasts.
Manage vendor deliverables and commercial governance.
Reporting \& Compliance Prepare dashboards and reports.
Ensure PMO compliance and lessons learned.

Qualifications \& Experience
**Qualification:** B.Tech/B.E. /MCA
**Experience:** 8–12\+ Years of IT exp with atleast 5 years of technical proj mgr
Preferred – PMP
