Key Responsibilities:
- · Visit manufacturing customers, machine shops, CNC/VMC users, tool rooms and industrial buyers.
- Learn about cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, drills, end mills and machining applications.
- Support seniors in customer visits, product selection, demonstrations, trials, quotations and order follow-ups.
- Generate enquiries from new and existing customers in assigned territory.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer follow-up details and enquiry status.
- Build relationships with customers and understand their technical requirements.
- Coordinate with office team for quotation, delivery, documentation and customer support.
Skills Required
- Good communication in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Interest in mechanical products, manufacturing, CNC/VMC machines and industrial sales.
- Positive attitude, learning mindset and confidence to meet customers.
- Basic computer knowledge for email, reporting and quotation follow-up.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Training Will Be Provided In
- Cutting tool basics and product knowledge.
- CNC/VMC machining applications and customer problem understanding.
- Customer visit process, enquiry generation, quotation follow-up and order closing.
- Technical communication and application support.
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
Note: For experienced Applicant they must have knowledge of Cutting tools, Industrial Machine tools. For fresher applicant we can provide them with training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
