- Years of experience 5-6 in software development
- Experience with source control: Mercurial or Git or Perforce or Jujutsu
- Proficiency in Java
- Proficiency and familiarity with command line and basic Linux
- Back-end server development experience of some kind
- Guice experience or Async frameworks or Multi-threaded development
