Negotiating rates with vendors viz Domestic Transporters, CFS operators and Custom House Agents (CHA’s)
Sending timely Quotation to customers, global offices and overseas agents.
Co\-ordinating with Carriers, Transporters, CFS Operators, Surveyors etc.
Exploring all opportunities of Profit Maximisation.
Reduction in Cost over heads ie Ocean Freight / Land side cost etc.
Improving conversion ratio.
Port / site visits, as situation demands.
Relationship Building with Breakbullk Operators, Shipping Agents, Carriers,NVOCC’s etc.
Relationship Building with Transporters, CFS Operators and Third Party Service Providers
Sharing market information – new tradelane services with internal team members.
