What you will do:
- As a brand ambassador you will represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends as well as any Mercedes-Benz Burlington internal information as it relates to your role, department/location or the company
- Promote and complete the sale of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
- Remain current with product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz and all competitive products and services
- Meet monthly sales objectives for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up and maintain ongoing dialogue with all guests that leave without purchasing
What you will bring to the role:

Previous automotive sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand

Current OMVIC Sales license

A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect.

You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.

Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts

Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
