Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will sell Ed tech products and services to schools, colleges, and institutions. This role includes lead generation, relationship management, product demos, and closing sales — playing a crucial role in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads via research, calls, emails, and networking.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and progress.
- Engage with educators and administrators to understand needs and offer solutions.
- Schedule product demos (virtual/in-person).
- Drive the sales cycle from contact to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Track sales data, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Freshers or 1-2 years of inside sales experience, ideally in EdTech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi (additional languages a plus).
