Job Description:
- Design and build the automations that remove manual work across the business.
- connecting CRM, email, WhatsApp, payments, spreadsheets and internal tools into reliable workflows.
- Owns integration mapping, error handling, and documentation so automations don't silently break.
Core skills:
- Zapier / Make / n8n or similar
- REST APIs and webhooks
- Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
- Spreadsheet/database logic.
Nice to have:
- HubSpot or similar CRM admin experience
- WhatsApp Business API
- Low-code app builders
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in workflow automation, integrations, or business process automation is preferred.
