Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production processes, optimize resource utilization, and maintain operational efficiency. The candidate should have experience in production planning, team management, inventory control, and coordination with different departments in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all operational activities.
- Plan, monitor, and control production activities to achieve production targets within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor raw material (RM), semi-finished goods (SFG), and finished goods (FG) availability and utilization.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor daily production reports, operational KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Manage and guide plant staff and departmental teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure proper inventory management, timely material movement, and coordination with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and control operational costs.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to senior management.

Educational Qualification

- Candidates with experience in fertilizer, biofertilizer, agrochemical, bio-pesticide, chemical, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Must have strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be capable of managing plant operations and achieving production and operational targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
