Me&U Co. Inc. is looking for an experienced, results-driven Media Buyer to manage and grow our online advertising campaigns.
We're looking for someone who knows how to generate purchases, improve ROAS, lower acquisition costs, and scale profitable campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, analyze performance, and independently manage advertising campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Ads
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize sales and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Test advertising creatives, audiences, keywords, and campaign strategies
- Scale profitable campaigns and reduce wasted advertising spend
- Monitor CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and advertising profitability
- Collaborate with our marketing team to improve ad creatives and promotions
- Provide clear performance reports with actionable recommendations
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience
- Proven eCommerce advertising results
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Confident managing budgets and optimizing campaigns independently
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and attribution
- Analytical, proactive, and focused on results
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a team
Experience managing beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or consumer product brands is a strong advantage.
We value actual campaign results and practical experience more than certificates or academic qualifications.
