About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Product Manager** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA graduates, including freshers, who are passionate about product management, marketing strategy, and business growth in the healthcare and dental implant industry.
Qualifications
* MBA (Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related specialization) * Freshers are encouraged to apply. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Willingness to travel for training and market visits, if required.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth. * Conduct product training sessions for the sales team and ensure effective product knowledge. * Analyze competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends. * Support the development of product positioning, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. * Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams to achieve product objectives. * Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to improve market share. * Collect customer and market feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products. * Prepare regular reports and presentations on product performance and competitive insights.
