About the Role we are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale our lead generation campaigns. In this role, you will be solely focused on the highly competitive Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) verticals. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-budget campaigns to drive high-quality retainer leads.What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize high-intent paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Facebook/Meta Ads, and other major networks.
- Vertical Focus: Deeply analyze and navigate the nuances of the motor vehicle accident and personal injury legal lead landscape.
- ROI Optimization: Continuously monitor cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to ensure maximum profitability.
- A/B Testing: Actively test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Data & Reporting: Provide transparent weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting scale, spend, and lead quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience running ads specifically within the Motor Vehicle Accident and Personal Injury verticals (Required).
- Proven Track Record: Must provide proof of past ad spend and performance results(e.g., case studies, redacted dashboard screenshots, or verified campaign data) during the interview process.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (youtube ads ) and/or Meta Ads Manager.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising policies, legal compliance, and ethical standards for legal vertical marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Advanced skills in Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
