Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and oversee the implementation of safety protocols
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the construction process
Provide guidance and support to the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
Proficient in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation
Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a safe work environment
Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
