About the Role
You will execute civil construction for the plant's expansion and project works at Umbergaon — supervising contractors, controlling quality and measurements, and driving progress against schedule and budget. It's a site role with real ownership: you're the engineer on the ground making sure the work is built right, measured right and delivered on time. Good for a civil engineer who wants industrial-project experience and visible responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction — excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing.
- Ensure execution per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering and workmanship.
- Read and interpret civil/structural drawings, layouts and BOQs; coordinate technical issues with consultants/Projects Head.
- Monitor material and workmanship quality and coordinate inspections/testing with QA/QC.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site manpower — work allocation and productivity.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly work plans; track progress against schedule.
- Identify delays, technical issues and resource needs and report promptly.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQ, RA bills, work orders and quantity statements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books, inspection and material/manpower records.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement and contractors for timely materials, manpower and equipment.
- Control material consumption, storage and wastage; ensure efficient resource use.
- Ensure HSE / PPE / statutory compliance; address unsafe conditions immediately with the Safety Officer.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
2–5 years in civil site execution — industrial/factory projects, RCC or large-scale construction preferred.
