Duties

  • Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Stock purchasing , stock control and mangement
  • Support team members by providing coaching, training, and motivation to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote financial products and services effectively
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction accuracy with attention to detail
  • Conduct basic math calculations for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions accurately
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and company policies
  • Contribute to achieving branch sales goals by identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial solutions

Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members confidently as well as suppliers
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing and balancing accounts accurately
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
