We're in the middle of a deliberate shift in how we run infrastructure - moving from an Azure-only world toward a genuine multicloud strategy, starting with AWS. This isn't a lift-and-shift exercise; it's a real architectural and operational shift, running in parallel with active client delivery at European-scale banks. You'll be one of the people making that shift real - hands-on, not from a slide deck.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Real production experience running infrastructure at scale - not a home lab, not just a certification - systems with real clients depending on them
- Min. 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years working with public clouds
- You've worked across more than one cloud provider, or led a genuine migration from one to another
- Deep with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform - you can read someone else's IaC and tell them what's wrong with it
- Comfortable in a regulated or high-stakes environment - on-premises constraints, security requirements, banks that hold you to it
- AI-native - you use tools like Cursor and Claude Code as a natural part of how you work
