About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive (Wedding Venues) to manage our venue and event sales pipeline. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from their first inquiry to venue booking. You will work directly with clients and coordinate with our internal team to maximize venue bookings and deliver great event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consulting: Qualify leads by evaluating their budget, guest count, and event specifications.
- Tailored Presentations: Deliver customized product and service pitches aligned with client needs.
- Venue Allocation: Match prospects with ideal venues based on budget, layout, and location.
- Site Visits: Schedule venue tours and hand over qualified leads to the on-ground sales team.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal team for event execution.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed logs of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.
- Pipeline Follow-ups: Engage hesitant prospects to accelerate the booking pipeline.
- Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics to deliver weekly and monthly progress updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer relationship management (experience in hospitality, event management, or venue sales is a plus).
- Strong communication skills to handle objections well and build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the venue calendar and coordinate handovers between clients and on-ground teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
