Your responsibilities:
- Develop business plans and business cases for new growth opportunities by analyzing market dynamics, customer and clinical needs, competitive landscapes, and internal value chain capabilities
- Define and implement commercialization strategies to ensure successful market introduction of products currently under development
- Drive profitable growth across the existing portfolio through optimization of pricing, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, market segmentation, customer engagement, and value chain performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Local Sales Organizations to support strategic growth initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models to accelerate business growth
Your profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in global Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development within Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Gases
- Demonstrated success in working effectively within international and cross-functional teams
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a results-driven approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges throughout the entire value chain
- Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare customer environments
- Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, reimbursement systems, and market access requirements
- Good understanding of relevant technologies and their commercial applications
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and agility in a rapidly changing business environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30 %)
