Junior Proposal Manager (all genders)

Your mission:

• Prepare customer-specific offers for the control and monitoring of photovoltaic systems, taking both commercial and technical requirements into account
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team throughout the entire quotation process
• Contribute to the development and coordinate the solution concepts with various internal Departments
• Present offers and proposed solutions to customers together with the responsible Sales colleague
• Support the continuous improvement of our solutions by contributing ideas, sharing ideas and providing customer feedback

Your profile:

• Degree or technical vocational training and ideally first professional experience in a comparable environment
• Initial knowledge of measurement, and control and communication technology, or photovoltaic systems is a plus
• Proactive mindset, independent working style, and enthusiasm for contributing own ideas
• Interest in quotation and proposal management, with a good understanding of the customer’s perspective
• Basic commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Team spirit, a hands-on mentality, and a pragmatic approach to challenges
