Your mission:
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective)
- Coaching teams on agile methods and best practices
- Identifying and removing impediments
- Promoting a culture of open feedback and improvement
- Supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization
- Facilitating transformation and optimization initiatives
- Promoting transparency through appropriate metrics and reporting
- Supporting cross-team collaboration and the scaling of agile processe
Your profile:
- Willingness to work regularly on-site in Augsburg or Berlin
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development organizations
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in conflict management and coaching teams
- Experience working with international and distributed teams
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are a plus
