**Operations Lead Work directly with the Founder**

Other people solve them before anyone else even sees them.

We're a fast\-growing Australian skincare company with a loyal customer base across Australia and internationally. We formulate and manufacture our products in\-house, and we’re building something special.

As we’ve grown, we’ve reached the point where the founder shouldn’t be the person organising every task, chasing every loose end and answering every operational question.

That’s where you come in.

**The role**

You’ll become the operational heartbeat of our studio.

Your job isn’t just to supervise people.

It’s to create flow.

You’ll organise the daily workload, keep priorities moving, solve problems before they become problems, hold the team accountable and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with the founder, taking the operational load off her shoulders so she can focus on growing the business.

If you’re the kind of person who naturally walks into a room and immediately notices what needs doing, you’ll probably love this role.

**About the position**

* Casual position * **15 hours per week to begin with** * Three days per week * Approximately **9:00am – 2:00pm** * Based at our Nerang studio on the Gold Coast

**Your day might include…**

* Planning the day’s priorities with the founder. * Coordinating warehouse, manufacturing and dispatch. * Allocating work across the team. * Following up when things aren’t completed. * Making sure orders leave on time. * Improving systems that make everyone’s job easier. * Monitoring stock and production schedules. * Keeping the warehouse organised, efficient and running smoothly. * Helping onboard and train new staff. * Finding better ways of doing things.

* You avoid difficult conversations. * You need constant direction. * You prefer waiting to be told what to do. * You’re happy with “good enough.” * You struggle working in a fast\-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

**What success looks like**

Within six months:

Pay: $34\.00 – $36\.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
