Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: Leverage advanced Excel skills to structure, analyze, and present data for AI model training. Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to understand project objectives and deliver insightful business intelligence solutions. Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity for use in AI systems. Develop and document BI workflows and processes with an emphasis on clear, concise written and verbal communication. Translate business questions into actionable data insights and contribute input for model improvement. Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel to support AI training initiatives. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Excel functions and add-ons. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a primary focus on Excel. Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel features such as Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, and data modeling. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and deliverables efficiently. Solid understanding of business processes and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Experience cleaning, preparing, and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training purposes. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable outputs. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data science projects through BI initiatives.
