Are you an expert in data visualisation and passionate about translating analytical insights into impactful, interactive dashboards? We are looking for an experienced Data & Visualisation Specialist (Qlik Developer) to join a dynamic team building best‑in‑class reporting and analytics solutions in a fast‑paced technology environment.
You’ll work alongside IT analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Qlik‑based solutions that support decision‑making and drive data transparency across the organisation.

Develop advanced dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and related visualisation tools.

Translate analytical requirements into intuitive and high‑performing data visualisations.

Manage Qlik repositories, data models, and data connections, ensuring integrity and consistency across sources.

Apply Qlik deployment best practices and support efficient data pipeline integration.

Administer project spaces on Qlik Server, maintaining documentation for data sources, dashboards, and processes.

Monitor performance and optimise large data sets for speed and efficiency.

Analyse and implement data sharing policies in compliance with internal standards and regulations.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, validate outputs and deliver accurate insights.

Promote best practices in data visualisation, governance, and security throughout the development lifecycle.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and data visualisation roles.

Proven proficiency in Qlik Sense development, including data modelling and scripting.

Strong ability to query and display large data sets, optimising performance and usability of dashboards.

Working knowledge of Qlik architectures and administration concepts.

High degree of analytical and mathematical competence.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
-
Analytical mindset and ability to operate in a fast‑changing environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data integrity and automation processes within Qlik.
- Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements for data sharing in regulated industries.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.
- Understanding of data pipeline architecture and cloud data services is a plus.
