We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can contribute to real-world digital products and work closely with our Product and Development teams.

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Candidates with a degree/diploma in B.Des, M.Des, UI/UX Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related fields are preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Figma and modern UI/UX design principles.
Experience designing mobile and web applications will be preferred.
Candidates must have their own personal laptop suitable for professional UI/UX design work.
Candidates should have a good understanding of user-centered design and modern digital product design.

Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our Product and Development teams to design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications.
You will be involved throughout the complete design process—from understanding product requirements and creating user flows and wireframes to designing high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Develop reusable UI components and maintain design consistency using Figma.
Create interactive prototypes for product demonstrations and usability testing.
Design responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
Prepare design assets, icons, illustrations, and graphics required for development.
Participate in brainstorming and product discussions.
Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Maintain and improve the product's design system and UI standards.
Review implemented designs and provide feedback to developers where required.
Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design patterns, and industry best practices.
Important Company Policies
This is a 100% Work From Office (WFO) position. Remote or Hybrid work is not available.
Preference will be given to candidates residing within 10–15 km of Dwarka, New Delhi.
Candidates living farther away may apply only if they are willing to relocate near the office before joining.
Candidates must bring and use their own personal laptop for daily design work. The company will not provide a laptop for this position.
Candidates should be willing to work additional hours whenever required during important project deadlines.
All employees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before joining.
All designs, prototypes, assets, source files, and intellectual property created during employment will remain the exclusive property of the company.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate a long-term commitment to the role and the company.
