We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and sales-driven Key Holder / Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
As a Key Holder / Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager and helping the team deliver excellent results.
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes pride in their work and is ready to take on additional responsibility within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
* Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, offering product advice and promoting current offers.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
* Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, following company security procedures.
* Supervise the shop floor and support team members when required.
* Take charge of store operations during the Store Manager’s absence.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation and store cleanliness.
* Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and stock control.
* Handle cash transactions and complete daily cashing-up procedures.
* Ensure company policies and health & safety procedures are followed.
* Lead by example, maintaining a positive, professional and proactive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous retail experience, ideally with some key holder or supervisory responsibilities.
* A genuine interest in men’s fashion and retail.
* A confident, friendly and customer-focused approach.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A sales-driven mindset and enthusiasm for achieving targets.
* Reliability, flexibility and availability to work weekends.
