We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team. CDC is reporting to the Executive Chef and will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the main kitchen and specialty restaurants, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
The role will involve supervising, training, and developing the culinary team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining food safety and HACCP standards, controlling food costs and wastage, managing inventory, and ensuring proper utilization of ingredients and resources. The Chef de Cuisine will also support menu planning, recipe development, culinary promotions, and the introduction of innovative dishes in line with the hotel's standards and concept.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a luxury or star-class hotel environment, strong culinary expertise, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
