The F&B Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Food and Beverage department so that all outlets run smoothly and to five-star standards. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, reports and departmental documents; coordinating restaurant reservations, special requests and event details with the kitchen, banquet and other departments; and preparing and distributing menus, promotions and function information. The F&B Coordinator also maintains departmental records, schedules, attendance and filing systems, processes purchase requests and invoices, and helps track budgets, revenue and guest feedback. The role calls for strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and good English, along with the ability to work closely with the Director of F&B and outlet managers while handling guest and internal enquiries professionally.
