responsible for leading safari activities, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Be available for all game drives and stand–by duties as directed.
· Follow all procedures for maintaining the overall operation of the guides and Safari department.
· Perform all guide function according to the standards of National Parks and Wildlife Management.
· Ensure all guest complaints are reported to your Head Guide.
· Ensure that you are dressed properly in full uniform and maintain high standard of personal hygiene when on duty.
· Ensure that assigned safari vehicle is clean and taken for weekly checks.
· Report any defects on operating equipment to Senior Guide.
· Live and work in a sustainable way that protects the environment.
· Follow approved company and property sustainability practices.
· To produce a consistent, high-quality product, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the company’s polices and procedures, to maximize guest experiences.
· Perform other tasks and assist in other departments whenever reasonable and deemed necessary by Management.
· To maintain good working relationships with own colleagues and all other departments.
