The Sales Manager – Group & Events generates and converts group, MICE, wedding and event business that maximises room and banquet revenue. The role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals through contracting to a smooth handover to the Events and Operations teams.
The position works closely with Revenue Management, Catering & Events, Food & Beverage and Front Office. It ensures every group and event is profitable, well planned and delivered to brand standards.
