The Sales & Marketing Intern supports the Sales & Marketing team in promoting the resort, assisting with marketing campaigns, maintaining sales databases, preparing reports, coordinating promotional activities, and providing administrative support. This role offers practical exposure to hotel sales, digital marketing, branding, and guest engagement while developing professional skills in the hospitality industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support the Sales team with client correspondence and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in coordinating site inspections, familiarization (FAM) trips, and promotional events.
- Support the Marketing team with social media content, newsletters, and website updates.
- Help monitor competitors, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Collect and compile sales and marketing performance data for reporting.
- Assist in organizing photos, videos, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate with other departments to support promotional campaigns and guest experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
- Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Ensure all work aligns with the resort's brand standards and marketing guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
